We want you to be completely happy with your WishYou.ai experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

WishYou.ai sells digital services — specifically, premium birthday card upgrades. Since our product is a digital service that is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been activated.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You were charged but the premium features were not activated on your card
There was a technical error that prevented you from using the paid features
You were charged twice for the same card
You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not shared the card link

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

After the card link has been shared with the recipient
After 24 hours of purchase
If you simply changed your mind after the service was delivered
If the card was created successfully but you did not like the AI-generated content (you can edit all AI content before sharing)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@wishyou.ai with:

Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
The card link (if available)
Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

WishYou.ai currently offers one-time payments per card — there are no recurring subscriptions. Each payment is for a single card upgrade. There is nothing to cancel after purchase.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. WishYou.ai does not store your payment card details. For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support directly.
