1. About WishYou.ai

WishYou.ai is an interactive digital birthday card platform that allows users to create, personalise, and share animated birthday cards with photos, music, and heartfelt letters. The service is operated by FeelTwo (brand owner of WishYou.ai).

2. Use of the Service

By using WishYou.ai you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
• Not upload photos or content that is offensive, illegal, or violates any third party's rights
• Not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the service

3. Free Plan

WishYou.ai offers a free plan that allows you to create and share birthday cards. Free cards:

• Expire automatically after 3 days from creation
• Include a "WishYou.ai" watermark
• Are limited to one card per session

4. Paid Plans

WishYou.ai offers paid upgrades (pricing starting at ₹29 per card) that include extended card lifetime, watermark removal, and additional features. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the payment terms and our Refund Policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, messages). By uploading content to WishYou.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of generating and serving your card to the intended recipient.

We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising or any other purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The WishYou.ai name, logo, design, and code are owned by FeelTwo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

WishYou.ai uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalised letters and song suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. Please review all AI-generated content before sending.

8. Limitation of Liability

WishYou.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use our service, including loss of card data due to expiry or technical issues.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our service integrates with YouTube, Cloudinary, Firebase, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to WishYou.ai for any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
